Bi lingual Spanish/English preferred
Job Description for qualified applicants to include:
Greet visitors, answer phone for the office, transfer calls, take messages, filing etc.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and acrobat
Providing consistent high‐level administrative support.
Strong judgment, highly developed problem solving and project‐management skills
Comfortable working alone at times without direct supervision
