Tech Firm located near the 410/281 interchange. Looking for a An Office Coordinator.
Our office hours are Monday thru Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The ideal candidate would work in-office Monday – Thursday and work on Fridays only when necessary (32+ hours/week).
Ideally, we are looking for someone who wants long-term employment with us.
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls
Enter Service Tickets into a ticketing system
Prepare and send invoices
Light Bookkeeping
Data Entry
Provide staff support and act as assistant to the Director of Operations
Run errands (must have valid drivers license)
Receive and ship packages
Scan/Copy/File documents
Assist with the coordination of client projects
Pull equipment and supplies necessary for project deliverables and/or installations
Manage equipment orders and returns
Draft quotes and contracts, using available templates
Assist executive team with various special projects

MUST have a minimum of 2 years experience working in an office setting
EXCELLENT ATTENDENCE A MUST
MUST have strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel - must be able to use Excel to create spreadsheets, perform calculations, and analyze data.
Familiar with the use of Microsoft Outlook and Word
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
Good communication skills, friendly attitude
Clean, professional appearance
Self-motivated
REFERENCES WILL BE REQUIRED
1 to 2 months of on-the-job training will be required.
Hourly Rate during training (approximately 1 to 2 months) = $18.00
Hourly Rate after training has been completed = $20.00 to $22.00
