We are hiring a Servicing Specialist- payment clerk, for our mortgage loan servicing company. Candidate would be able to receive and post mortgage payments and research various customer status issues and handle customer relations with our lenders and borrowers. We are looking for someone with extensive or even basic mortgage loan servicing experience, including payment, escrow and insurance/tax issues. Candidate would also be able to perform basic office skills and be familiar with basic software like email, scanning, printing and phone assistance and be able to learn the specialty software for our business.
We are looking for someone to learn our business with the capability to grow within our company (since 2006). Must be able to communicate in writing and verbally and be able to work with customers and co-workers in a business-like manner.
