Description:The duties and responsibilities of the Maintenance Tech III will consist of, but are not limited to, the following: Perform preventative maintenance and repairs of production and processing equipment as well as utility related equipment, following all safety procedures Support the installation of new equipment Assist the machine operators with training or troubleshooting to minimize equipment downtime Ensure all repairs are documented in the CMMS Foster teamwork consistent with our company and plant Mission, Vision, and Core Values Maintain and repair buildings' plumbing, HVAC, air compressors, boilers, fire systems and electrical systems, including replacing worn or defective parts such as switches and fuses Adhere to and promote all safety policies and procedures including, but not limited to the proper handling of hazardous waste, lock out/tag out program and hearing and eye protection policies Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assignedWorking on: Tubing benders, lasers, pipe plasmas, welding machines, forklift, paint booth, blasters, conveyors, CNC maintenanceSkills:electrical, troubleshooting, maintenance technician, mechanical, preventive maintenanceAdditional Skills & Qualifications:MUST HAVE:-2+ years of working experience as a Maintenance Tech (any industry OK)-Mechanical experience; belts, gears, bearings, motors, VFD, sensors-Good tenure, no jumping around-Experience with basic electrical troubleshooting/repairs-Fast-paced manufacturing environment, ability to tolerate a variable climate-oilfield experience OKExperience Level:Intermediate LevelAbout Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
