Description Robert Half is currently seeking a confident and hardworking E-commerce Accounting Clerk to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be adept at handling daily accounting tasks related to our e-commerce operations.This opportunity is 100% onsite Pay is up to 20/hr DOE Responsibilities:
Manage daily transactions, including to 150 invoice reconciliations a day
Assist with monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements.
Process online orders and maintain paperwork.
Handle communications with online vendors and suppliers.
Review and process expense reports.
Prepare billing invoices and entry, verify balances, refund, and apply credit as needed.
Qualifications:
Prior experience as an accounting clerk in an e-commerce environment is a plus but not required
Proficiency with accounting software especially e-commerce related (knowledge of specific software will be an added advantage).
Excellent understanding of financial and accounting principles.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
Detailed-oriented and capable of performing precise data entry tasks.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
