Wit & Grit, and full-service breakfast and lunch restaurant in Randolph, VT seeks a full-time head cook. Duties include running a short-order line, prep work before and during service, assembling dishes, creating specials, etc. We're a small team dedicated to our small community - any staff member must be a team player first! Experience in a commercial kitchen required. Salaried position based on experience.
Thursday through Monday, mornings and afternoons. Weekends are required.
