Under supervision,
Performs a variety of ordinary maintenance tasks of unskilled and semi-skilled nature; and does related work as required.
Does painting; cleaning, repairs floors and windows; makes adjustments to toilet mechanisms. Cut grass, pick up rubbish, shovel snow, cut and trim bushes, in addition to maintenance duties. Performs other semi-skilled maintenance tasks as needed.
