We specialize in a large array of residential design with a primary focus on high-performance architecture. We are now growing our company into Design/Build Ray the owner has been doing construction for over two decades. Many of his clients have asked if he is willing to build their house. We are starting our first design/build in June and couldn't be more excited.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team! This position offers a unique opportunity for a Foreman who is unhappy within their current company or a carpenter that wants to grow with a company. As an integral member of our team, you will have the chance to contribute to exciting projects and work closely with the design team.
Qualifications:
- A positive attitude. This is critical. We all know one bad egg will pull the moral down for the entire team.
- Ability to take to work independently and as a team.
- Have some of your own tools.
Benefits:
- Compensation package includes competitive pay based on experience. $23-$42/hour
- 8 Paid holidays (if full time).
