Summary About the Position: Serves as the Force Management Analyst in direct support of the Nuclear and CWMD Center of Excellence, U.S. Army Nuclear and Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction Agency (USANCA) and Headquarters, Department of the Army. Applies a comprehensive knowledge of Functional Area 52 (FA 52) capabilities, organizational force structure, and manpower management principles, techniques, policies, directives, and procedures. Responsibilities Ensure standardization of grade and career field coding are correct. Coordinate with gaining commands and facilitate the development of duty descriptions and justifications. Develop workload-based staffing standards to determine optimal manning levels. Provide stakeholders with information to facilitate the Force Design Update (FDU) process.
