Communications and Training Specialist

Job Family :Technology ConsultingTravel Required :Up to 10%Clearance Required :Ability to Obtain Public TrustWhat You Will Do :The individual will work closely with project management, the project team leads, client stakeholders, and the project communications and training lead in on an enterprise technology implementation. This includes developing communications and training materials, as well as documenting to be business processes. The training to be developed will be role-based training. The individual will assist with coordinating training logistics and delivering training.The individual will work directly with the training and communications lead on a daily basis. The individual will apply leading organizational change management practices and business process reengineering/information elicitation techniques. The individual will actively participate in various project meetings and stakeholder briefings related to the change management workstream accomplishments, overall progress, and risks/issues.What You Will Need :

US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust

THREE (3) or more years of experience with organizational change management initiatives for enterprise technology implementations

Bachelor's degree

Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint and other software supporting user training and communications

Experience using SharePoint in supporting communications and training portals

Experience engaging with clients of varying levels to gather, document, prioritize, and analyze organizational change management business requirements

Experience reporting on organizational change management initiatives

What Would Be Nice To Have :

ONE (1) or more years of experience consulting to the US Federal government

Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) or other relevant change management certification

Experience applying leading organizational change management practices on enterprise technology implementation projects

Experience on enterprise technology implementation projects, preferably in the Federal sector
