Job Description:
Seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Private Process Servers. This position is contingent upon our company being awarded a government contract, with an anticipated start date of August 1. We are looking to fill multiple positions.
Responsibilities:
- Serve legal documents to individuals involved in court cases
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of legal documents
- Maintain detailed records of all served documents
- Adhere to legal regulations and guidelines regarding process serving
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Previous experience in process serving or related field preferred but not required
