You will build positive client and peer relationships by developing an understanding of customer's business and project scope.The TeamDigital CustomerOur Digital Customer team focuses on designing and implementing sales and service experiences, capabilities, and architectures to bring customer strategies to life. We help make the "creative digital consultancy" real and in doing so, make new markets.Professionals will serve our clients through the following types of work:

Customer Operations | modernize, deploy, and operate office capabilities and business processes across sales operations, quote-to-cash, and revenue management team

Sales Excellence & Service Excellence | Integrate the latest technologies with leading-edge strategies, insights, experiences, and talent to enable outstanding customer service

QualificationsRequired

3+ years functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM design and configuration

Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform

Experience with multiple full life cycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Experience in the end-to-end project delivery cycle and managing customer expectations

Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment

Strong commitment to professional client service excellence required

Ability to travel up to 50% (While up to 50% travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice)

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree and/or advanced certifications in Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development and integration

Familiarity with Azure or other leading cloud platforms, such as AWS or Google

Familiarity with other leading CRM applications, such as Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, or ServiceNow

Strong understanding of multiple SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, RUP, other)

Expertise in solution selling techniques such as identifying the client pain points, defining a solution, and contributing to a project proposal.
