Description:
Set up and inspect equipment: Use rulers, squares, or calipers to mark workpieces for cuts and verify their accuracy
Adjust saw blades: Use wrenches, rulers, handwheels, pedals, levers, or panel buttons
Mount and bolt blades: Attach blades or attachments to machine shafts
Set up and operate machines: Use automatic feeding devices to guide cuts, guide workpieces against saws, or saw over workpieces by hand
Monitor machines: Adjust speed and tension, and clear jams
Replace blades: Use hand tools to replace defective or worn blades or bands
Count, sort, or stack finished workpieces: Help pack and transport finished pieces
Accurately complete paperwork: Ensure quality demands are achieved and material meets quality specifications
