Brio Laundry is hiring for the attendant position.
Current team members are moving out of town (after college) and we are hiring now to replace/train up new team members before they depart!
Requirements (able to or able to learn how to):
-Lift laundry bags
-Customer service orientated
-Stand up and fold laundry
-Stand on a stool to clean tops of washers
-Be ok with janitorial duties
-Cash handling
-Phone answering
-Touch screen point of sale
Shifts that will be open soon (will start training right away!):
-Wednesday closing shift
-Thursday closing shift
-Friday closing shift
-Saturday mid shift & closing shift
-Sunday mid shift & closing shift
Compensation:
-$17.50/hour base rate
-Commission on soap sales (typically adds $3/hour)
-Gratuity (typically adds $1/hour)
-$21.50 per hour is the average
Shift details
-Shifts are worked by yourself. Many shifts have large overlaps with shift before & after. A few shifts are 2 people on at same time.
-Attendants will be in charge of cleaning the store (washers, dryers, floors), helping in store customers understand how to use machines, completing drop n dash laundry orders, answering phones, cash handing at front till.
-Training: Brio has our own online university which will complete all of your laundry based training in 4-6 hours. 4-5 Training shifts are completed with a qualified attendant present.
