Feel Good Productions is a locally owned and operated, full service mobile entertainment provider serving the greater Seattle Metro area since 2010.
We are looking for EXTRAORDINARY, motivated, entertaining personalities to host weekly Karaoke/Trivia/Bingo programs in the Greater Seattle Metro area!
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $125-$150/night + Tips for a 4-5 hour program
(We are offering PAID training! If you have the personality, we can teach the tech side!)
Candidates must be at least 21+ years old.
Must be available on Friday and Saturday nights!
Responsibilities
Committed to working every scheduled night
Setup A/V equipment (heavy lifting required at some locations)
Maintain a clean, professional workspace
Clean/sanitize microphones and other equipment
Engage with patrons to encourage them to participate in the event
Manage singers and song requests
Maintain a fair rotation of singers
Manage sound levels and mix for music and vocals
Provide basic reporting on attendance and other information related to the karaoke program
Coordinate with venue staff to promote drink/food specials, and other related activities during the program
Promote events through social media (required!)
Basic maintenance and troubleshooting on A/V equipment
Skills Required
Fun, friendly, exuberant, outgoing, bubbly personality! (Make it show if we schedule a phone interview!)
Commitment, Integrity, Reliability
Excellent customer service skills
Self-motivated, problem solver!
Tough skin! - (We frequently deal with intoxicated people!)
Must be comfortable telling people "No." when all they want to hear is "Yes."
Basic computer skills (Windows10/11, Microsoft Word and Excel, web browsers)
Must understand that karaoke is not about how well a person sings. It's about how much fun they have!
Highly Desirable Experience/Skills
Previous karaoke/trivia hosting experience is highly desirable and priority will be given to these candidates!
Experience as a DJ or MC!
Public Speaking, Singing, Acting, Stage experience are a plus!
Active Social Media presence!
