We are seeking an assistant for our maintenance team for the summer busy season - perfect for a college student, school employee, and more. The Maintenance Assistant will assist the other maintenance employees during the summer busy season. This could be light maintenance tasks, painting, learning some basic plumbing steps, and much more. Our team has fun on their jobs and you will too! Task you will be exposed to and learn: Responds to resident work orders, staff requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Replace screens, garbage disposals, fixtures, appliances, blinds, locks. Please note: A vehicle with valid insurance would be necessary to go between the Redmond and Kirkland properties. Thank you!
