Bellevue Capital Group is looking to add a motivated & ambitious Junior Commercial Finance Broker to its existing team of successful Commercial Brokers. In this role, candidates are responsible for several main tasks, which include but are not limited to: connecting with prospective clients via phone & email, setting appointments and following up with the client’s financing requests.
Key Responsibilities
· Connect with prospective clients via outbound phone calls, email and referrals ie Cold Calling
· Provide clear communication and accurately gather information
· Self starter and motivated to make a minimum of 50+ calls/emails each day
· Utilize internal POS & CRM systems to accurately document conversations
· Perform detailed follow-up activities via phone, email & in-person
· Maintain a positive and professional attitude with a willingness to learn
Essential Skills
· Prior experience in sales or call centers preferred
· Excellent listening skills with the ability to ask probing questions, overcome objections and understand concerns
· Effective time management skills and possess the ability to work independently as well as with a team
· Ability to strive in a fast-paced environment with professionalism & accuracy
· Strong attention to detail
· Must have own cell phone and knowledge of using the internet
