Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented QA/R&D Lead to oversee our Quality
Assurance and Research & Development efforts. This role requires a blend of technical skill,
keen observational abilities, a proactive approach to maintaining compliance and fostering
innovation, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
● Managing documents for a wide range of products
● Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations through rigorous monitoring and
auditing of processes and materials.
● Assist in the production and testing of new products and formulations.
● Assist in collection and assessment of data.
● Ability to learn state and federal regulations for Cannabis Infused Edibles and Food and
Beverage manufacturing
● Pulling samples for various testing types
● Preparation and transportation of samples to the local lab.

Requirements:
● 1 year experience with food/beverage manufacturing required.High School Diploma
required.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Laboratory experience preferred
● Experience with HACCP, CCPs, or SQF preferred
● Experience with Google or Microsoft Suite applications preferred.
● Experience in the Washington State cannabis regulatory landscape preferred.
● Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.Strong
communication, math, and leadership skills.
● Employees must have WA state identification on their person available for inspection at
all times by compliance entities
● Must be 21 years of age or older
