Position: Purchasing Agent (Electrical Sub Contractor)
Responsibilities:
Reviews inventory daily
Prepares purchase orders based on schedule and needed volume
Communicates with production on inventory status
Works with suppliers and vendors on pricing, shipping and back orders
Processes PO’s when orders are received
Reviews all work orders for proper pricing
Purchase materials into fully operational warehouse
Keeping information up to date and organized
