Sous Chef

Callen’s Restaurant is looking for a skilled and qualified Sous Chef to add to our well established and talented Culinary Team.

This is a working manager position. This person will be working closely with all culinary and service team members. Must have excellent, above average communication skills, experience leading a team, and the desire and drive to work toward the financial goals set by ownership.

Duties will include assisting the Executive Chef as directed in ordering of product, maintaining inventory, managing schedules, training new team members, mentoring and disciplining as needed, communicating with management and owners, etc.

Must be available to work weekends, days, nights, and holidays.

Callen’s Restaurant offers all scratch cooking, serving NW cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner six days week.

Wage Range: $23.00-$28.00 per hour
