Follow and analyze application performance for potential bottlenecks, detect possible solutions, and work together with developers to fulfill those fixes
Compose and sustain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks
Maintain, test, configure, and install application software, operating systems, and system management tools
Preside over and regulate all installed systems and infrastructure
Take preventive measures to confirm the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
Assert backup, security, and redundancy strategies
Be a part of the development of design of information and operational support systems
Produce 2nd and 3rd level support
Communicate with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution Requirements - 5+ years of relevant experience - If you're looking for job openings and have experience with automation software, you might be a good fit for this position

Solid understanding of Linux
General familiarity with MDM Technologies
Well-founded grasp of Juniper Switches
