Administrative Coordinator

This position consists of various administrative tasks with a lot of room for advancement!
Schedule: Monday - Friday (4 hours a day)
Example: 10:00 – 2:00, 11:00 – 3:00?
Starting Pay and Benefits: $20.00- $25.00
Weekly direct deposit payroll

Job Responsibilities:
Answering the phones- Speak with customers, builders and third-party contractors
Entering new clients in the computer system
Submitting Focus On Energy Applications for our customers
Submitting our customers information to PEARL
Entering data
scan documents into JobPro
Required for This Position:
Must be detailed oriented and possess excellent organizational, and time management skills
Ability to multi-task
Professionalism
Strong customer service skills over the phone
Feel comfortable learning and using new programs on a computer
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Calm, Fun, Positive attitude
