As a member of the Donaldson Company, you can expect:
Excellent Compensation: Earn up to $43,000 your first year plus overtime! Hourly pay starts at $20.96/hr for 2nd and 3rd shift (includes shift differential)
Overtime Pay: Saturday overtime is paid at time in half and Sunday overtime is paid as double time!
Full Benefits Package: Including Medical plans that cost is 85% covered by employer, dental, disability, 401k with match out to 4% in addition to an annual company contribution, 2 weeks of Vacation, $160 annual boot allowance, and safety glasses reimbursement!
Thirteen (13) paid holidays including plant shut down from Christmas to New Years!
The shifts available are as follows – Monday through Friday schedules with some Saturdays:
2nd Shift - 2:00pm to 10:00pm
3rd Shift - 10:00pm to 6:00am

Responsibilities:
Assembles and package parts following verbal instructions and written procedures/routings/blueprints
Perform required quality checks
Sets-up and operates line equipment
Completes paperwork such as scrap sheets, logs, data gathering, first/last piece inspection report
Maintains cleanliness and safety in work area
Participates in continuous improvement efforts
Trains other employees
Use hand and power tools in assembly process
Use computer for production related functions
Ability to work overtime
Other duties as assigned
