Looking for a contractor or employee to help at various job sites between Belgrade and Gardiner areas. I do everything from painting and weeding to carpentry. Looking for somebody who is willing to weed garden beds, do some light exterior painting etc. Willing to train and really need somebody who who is willing to help out with whatever tasks come up. I do mostly repair work for carpentry and some smaller remodels, usually fixing somebody else's prior work that has failed. I can be quite flexible on schedule but I think we could start with 10-20+ hours a week for now and see how things progress. I have quite a bit of work for the right person and am happy to teach somebody the trades as time progresses. Please be a self starter, able to work independently, and no substance issues or drama. I maintain a professional appearance at all job sites and am very mindful of how I leave things, no cigarette butts, trash, etc. Please have a license and a way to get to the job site when you say you will. I amvery easy going and low stress. Would love to find someone who wants to learn and grow, I have more work than I can handle by myself. I would prefer somebody who is a contractor for 1099 type employment with liability insurance that maybe just needs a couple days a week of steady work to start. Also willing to hire as an employee on payroll for the right candidate. I will pay fairly and will value your time and would appreciate the same level of respect.
