RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Comprehensive understanding and working knowledge of all hair services, including Men and Women’s Haircuts, Coloring, Texture Services, and Styling.
- Provide the highest level of customer service, while delivering professional and consistent quality of services to guests.
- Eager to continuously learn, grow, and ask questions.
- Be a contributing team member in a fast-paced environment.
- Stay up to date with Aveda's seasonal launches and collections.
- Maintain a well-groomed look in line with Soma’s modern brand.
- Participate in training, education and meetings as required.
