Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a diligent Recruiter in the Construction/Contractor industry, based in Avon, Minnesota. This role involves assisting our team with sourcing and recruiting strategies, ensuring we attract the best candidates. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining our recruitment program in compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws, building company brand through detail oriented representation, and providing high-quality customer service.Responsibilities: Comply with local, state, and federal employment laws in executing our company recruitment program Develop effective sourcing and recruiting strategies in partnership with Sourcers Source active candidates from online databases, contact lists, internal databases, and employee referrals Engage in networking, cold calling, advertisements, job fairs, and Internet research to source passive candidates Maintain and grow a passive pipeline of candidates, ensuring a positive experience for all candidates Professionally represent the company to all applicants, employment agencies, universities, and others Work in conjunction with all company employees to provide the highest level of customer service Utilize tools such as Careerbuilder, Hiring Processes, Workday, Full Cycle Recruiting, and Recruiting Activities in the recruitment process. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in a recruiting role within the construction or contractor industry Proficiency in utilizing career development platforms such as Careerbuilder Familiarity with hiring processes and procedures, including compliance and regulations Experience with Workday or similar Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Demonstrated experience in full cycle recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding Proven track record in effectively managing a variety of recruiting activities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
