Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is looking for Property Manager with amazing attention to detail and exceptional customer service for the 21-unit the apartment community of The Birches in Tigard, OR. The Birches has a laundry facility onsite.
The Property Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day property management including marketing, maintaining property integrity, screening prospective residents, collecting rents, serving notices, developing reports, and preparing agreements.
This position requires you to live onsite at The Birches, with a monthly discount on rent and utilities paid for by the property. You will have a separate office to meet with residents and conduct work out of.

Location: The Birches (Tigard, OR)
Hourly Rate: $21-25/hr.
Schedule: PT, Monday-Friday, 9am - 1pm
Weekly Contracted Hours: 20 hrs.
Additional Compensation: A monthly $50.00 cell phone stipend and monthly rent discount.
