Titan Transfer is seeking a Diesel Maintenance Technician/Shop Foreman to join our trucking fleet at our Tucson, AZ terminal. While this role focuses on disgnosing and repairing mechanical issues, our ideal candidate is also comfortable working as a technician who can diagnose and repair technology issues in newer trucks. In addition to making minor repairs, you will also be responsible for performing preventative maintenance on diesel engines, brakes, transmissions, and other systems. The ideal candidate will also be capable of using basic computer skills.
Responsibilites:
Diagnose and repair issues with Class 8 trucks
Diagnose and repair issues with hydraulics, brakes, transmission, steering and other systems.
Perform preventive maintenance.
Perform welding or fabrication tasks on trailers and other equipemnt as necessary
Prepare work orders and order parts.
Maintain a safe and clean workplace.
