We are a mid-sized property management company. We are looking for a dynamic, self starter that can work with minimum supervision to live at and manage a 21 Unit Apartment building in Campbell.
Our ideal candidate would have a background in customer service/sales, be people oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
Job duties will include: Collecting rent, posting notices, walking the property, showing and renting units and coordinating repairs.
The day to day operations would include, leasing, showing vacant units, scheduling maintenance and repairs and interfacing with tenants as needed. This is a live in, part time position. In return, you will get a rent subsidy and salary.
