Looking to hire an experienced resident manager for a multi family 37 unit complex.
Qualified Candidate must be committed to providing above average results daily and possess the following:
Knowledge of Fair Housing and Fair Credit Reporting Act.
ABLE TO DO LIGHT PLUMBING AND ELECTRICAL
Minimum two years of related multi-family property management experience (20 units or more) preferred.
Positive and professional attitude.
Good communication and written skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and able to multi task
Able to provide excellent customer service while providing the highest standards for resident service.
Must live on site
Duties include:
Light plumbing
Light electrical
Showing units
Garbage duty
Clean Lobby Windows
Vacuum hallways
Clean empty apartments
Handling maintenance requests
Handling tenant notices
Monthly reports
Tenant file updates and compliance
Part Time 40 hours/ month
