Mortgage company based in Glenview IL is looking for an experienced Loan Closer position on a HIGH-producing, fun, energetic, "family feel" mortgage team!
You will partner with our team to assist our Originators and Customers through the closing of the loan process. Success in this job relies on your experience in processing, scheduling, closing, or processing mortgage loans and your understanding of the residential mortgage loan process from application to funding.
Responsibilities:
Full closing functions for the mortgage lender including the sale of the loan to the investor;
Deliver outstanding customer service experience to all partners and vendors with clear communication and timely responses;
Closing docs preparations and post-closing cycle requests; other ad-hoc responsibilities;
Requirements:
- Strong details-oriented individual with a finance background
- Solid communication and customer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- PC and MS Suite skills
- Loan Origination software a plus
- Minimum 2 years experience within mortgage, banking, title or education in finance related curriculum
