A mortgage banking company based in Glenview IL is looking for an experienced Loan Processor position on a high-producing and energetic mortgage team!
Success in this job relies on your detail-oriented nature in a Fast-Pace environment and your communication and finance skills! Your understanding of the residential mortgage loan process is a plus from the application through the post-closing process!
Data entry and re-verification of loan applicants' income, assets, and loan-related criteria
Loan disclosure and follow-ups until completion
Ordering of loan-related documents from the customers as well as vendors
Must be able to manage a timeline on all assigned loan files, ensuring timely receipt of all required documents, following up with the appropriate party
Work well with internal and external customers, using excellent written and oral communication skills
Meeting goals set by team leads; we are committed to closing on time for our clients!
Ability to proficiently communicate with attorneys, agents, and loan officers
Key attributes: punctual communication, detail-oriented, ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
Qualifications:
Finance-related education or prior related experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Teamwork and customer service a must
Self-motivated and energetic
Strong finance skills
Able to work independently and proactively, prioritizing workload and handling multiple tasks
