Small Accounting firm needing a part-time (8-20 hours per month) office assistant to perform the following work:
1. pickup paperwork
2. scan invoice and receipts to pdf
3. label invoices and receipts and share them in a google drive
4.file away invoices and receipts in a 3 ring whole puncher.
4. Assist with other administrative work such as mailing letters.
Need a good team player, self-motivated.
