NYCitySlab LLC, a wood working firm located in Yonkers, New York is seeking to fill an open position for office assistance.
Ideal candidate will be flexible and responsive in dealing with diverse clients and staff . Some OT and weekend work may be required from time to time.
Responsibilities
Day to day bookkeeping
Organize and maintain files and databases
Maintaining client project files
Manage communication including emails and phone calls
Schedule appointments, meetings, and reservations as needed
Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail
Maintain and order office supplies
Receive invoices and review for accuracy
Qualifications
Must have QuickBook proficiency: payroll, track income & expenses, import transactions, capture & organize receipts, itemisations, payment projections
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
2-3 years of clerical, secretarial, or office experience
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable with routinely shifting demands
High degree of attention to detail
Data entry experience
Working knowledge of general office equipment
