Job Description:
Process Weekly Payroll and Expense Reports
Process New Hire Paperwork/Terminations
Maintain Employee Records in Payroll System
Assist Controller with Medical Benefits Reporting
Data Entry, Mail Processing, Scanning/Filing
Miscellaneous Tasks as Needed
Greet Customers and Answer Phones
Qualifications:
Excellent Attention to Detail
Basic Experience with MS Excel, MS Outlook, and/or Similar Programs
Strong Organization and Time Management
Ability to Multitask and Prioritize
Strong Verbal and Written Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Must be Reliable
Payroll - 1 Year (Preferred)
