As a Direct Support Supervisor, you’ll coordinate and manage program operations to ensure regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include hiring, training, scheduling staff, coordinating activities and appointments, and maintaining detailed records for the individuals served. Directs and supervises the operations of intermediate residential and/or day service programs ensures operations are in compliance with all regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and within the assigned budget. Works in collaboration with leadership and clinical team members to oversee the overall operational and clinical needs, including human resources, financial management, and development and supervision of staff. Assist in budget development, monitor program revenue, expenses and oversee banking accounts of people served. Ensure all environments (living, working and day services) and company vehicles are maintained in a safe and sanitary manner for all employees and people served. Establish and maintain open communication with staff, persons served, families/guardians and any external stakeholders responding to needs timely and accurately.
