  • Dev Ops Engineer The Dev Ops Engineer will provide engineering support and release management for the Customer Engagement system built on Salesforce technologies. This role performs platform administration activities, maintains the platform health and operations. System management activities such as problem determination, coordinating with various teams, vendors, business partners and shared teams towards resolution is expected. The role will also provide technical input to management decision making in the areas of platform performance and automation efficiencies. It may also integrate systems or operate in a DevOps model depending on the maturity of the organization and/or product. Knowledge in the Salesforce platform administration and configuration is required for this role. Any Salesforce certifications are strongly preferred. Position Responsibilities: Design & Methodology Work closely with business units, application teams, infrastructure areas and vendors to identity, review and evaluate the solution requirements. Investigate and propose strategic fits for virtualization, consolidation and rationalization solution opportunities within the infrastructure or business. Propose changes to the technical design solutions as applicable. Evaluate and align strategic fit solutions across platforms and solutions specific to system hardware and software technologies. Understand, participate, review and influence long term capacity planning and technology investments. Technical Consulting Provide client consulting and planning guidance as applicable for moderate to complex projects. Provide consultation and works closely with other functional infrastructure areas/departments on multiple initiatives to meet common organizational/business goals and objectives. Participate in and provides consulting to project teams on architectural, design development, integration opportunities, planning of complex systems.   • Enterprise Compliance Officer (AML Tuning & Analytics) The Enterprise Compliance Lead/Manager will manage the tuning and optimization of AML monitoring systems. This individual will lead in conducting tuning on a periodic basis to ensure that the parameters utilized are set at the most optimal level for the settings to produce statistically relevant alerts. The lead will work with the BSA Tuning and Analytics Director to implement the optimization and tuning process that will design and develop the statistical methodologies for customer segmentation and statistical threshold analysis that will be deployed within TIAA’s Enterprise AML and sanctions programs. Further, this role requires the individual to work with the appropriate AML business partners to assist in performing all necessary tasks required to conduct the periodic tuning and optimization of the AML monitoring systems.

  • Regulatory Reporting Manager This position manages the preparation of reports for bank regulatory agencies, including the Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR), FR Y-14M, and FR Y-14Q, among . others. Provides support for the quarterly Call and FRY-9 reports and other regulatory disclosures such as the FR2900, FR2644, and FFIEC 009, among others. Position Responsibilities: Serves as point of contact for consultation and documentation regarding regulatory disclosure issues, including system implementations for the Enhanced Prudential Standards and processes for applicable reports. Continuously enhance and drive accountability of the critical data elements used for regulatory reporting including collaboration with various stakeholders across business and functional areas of the bank to interpret, operationalize and implement regulatory reporting data requirements. Research and review regulatory reporting changes including impact analysis with focus on Regulatory CCAR reports. Manage and lead cross-report reconciliations as applicable. Review Regulatory disclosures and reports, underlying workpapers and calculations for accuracy and completeness, while assisting staff with proper preparation of these reports. Manage reporting processes, including review of rules integrating data into the reports, to ensure timeliness and proper workflow and incorporation of all feedback received from other collaborators.
