Becker\'s Glass Shop, Inc. is seeking an experienced Glazier to perform job site and in-shop commercial and residential glazing. Will fabricate and repair windows and screens. Will fabricate and install custom shower enclosures. Will perform other related tasks typical for this type of position. QUALIFICATIONS: - Experience is required. - Must be able to cut glass. - Excellent skill with measurements needed for this position. - Valid MT Driver\'s License. Recent MVR (Motor Vehicle Report) will be required. - After training is completed, you will need to work with little supervision. - Must be able to conduct professional interactions with customers. - Must be able to work effectively as a member of a team. Note: This is a permanent part-time 32 hours per week position. The Administrative Coordinator performs a combination of complex office administration, secretarial, bookkeeping, and public relations assignments. These functions will include payroll, records management, auditing of billing, ordering and maintaining supplies, and general support functions. Will exercise considerable independence and discretion. Requires extensive knowledge of department programs. Responsible for the research, compilation, and organization of materials for use by Department Heads or Elected Officials. Requires extensive knowledge of MetraPark customer service expectations and works closely with the Production Director and the MontanaFair Coordinator. Examples of Duties: - Monitors calendars to ensure upcoming events have required riders, completed event sheets, and necessary contracts in place. - Builds and reviews event sheets to confirm accuracy and completeness. - Meets with potential clients to tour facilities and gather the information required to accurately estimate costs. - Assists MontanaFair Coordinator to plan and execute events at MontanaFair. - Requests and provides information regarding events, policies, schedules, and contracts. - Default recipient for all incoming Production Department phone calls. - Attends and takes minutes for client meetings, production meetings, safety meetings, and fair meetings. - Processes a variety of forms. - Reviews forms for completeness and conformance to rules and regulations. - Performs such office administrative. - May plan, assign, direct and review the work of office support staff. Minimum Qualifications: - Associates Degree in Administrative Assistant, office management, or secretarial science; and - Minimum of one (1) years\' occupational experience with high level administrative office support functions including bookkeeping, composing a variety of business documents, gathering and compiling data, and balancing and coordinating a workload for multiple projects; or; - Any equivalent combination of education and experience totaling three (3) years. Must provide own transportation and hold a valid driver?s license and proof of vehicle insurance. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: ? Provide volunteer and youth enrollment for the Big Brothers Big Sisters Community and School-Based Mentoring Programs, including but not limited to: o Orientation ? Provide program overview, expectations, and provide answers to questions for those inquiring about the program. o Interviewing ? Interview potential volunteer mentors, youth, and parents/guardians. o Evaluation and Assessment ? Asses the eligibility, suitability, and match-ability of all applicants, including their ability to build and sustain a safe and healthy relationship. Make quality matches that are most likely to result in strong and enduring relationships that are meaningful/impactful to the volunteer, youth, and parent/guardian. o Training ? Assign and track all program required trainings for volunteers, youth, and parents/guardians. Assess individual training needs for relevant training outside of program required trainings. o Surveys ? Conduct required surveys that will gather baseline data for individuals. o Screening ? Complete reference checks, criminal background checks and other screening documents and use all information gathered to make informed decisions regarding appropriateness of volunteer and child candidates. o Ensure accurate documentation is completed in database according to BBBS Standards and Agency policies & procedures. o Ensure confidentiality of volunteers, youth, parents/guardians according to BBBS Standards and Agency policies and procedures. o Maintain customer service levels that ensure volunteers, youth, and parents/guardians are regularly supported throughout the enrollment process and ensure they are completing the enrollment process in a timely manner. o Maintain regular contact with waitlist families and volunteers (minimum quarterly contact). Updating and maintaining the volunteer and child waitlists as necessary to assess their continued interest in the program and maintain relevant matching information. o Work with strategically identified external partners (ie. schools, community centers, corporations, etc.) to build relationships for youth referrals and family resources. o Ensure high-level expertise in applying child safety and risk management knowledge, policies and procedures throughout all aspects of job function. ? Develop and attend match activities as assigned. ? Creat newsletters for volunteers, youth, and parents/guardians as assigned. ? Attend required meetings and events as scheduled. ? Establish and promote positive communication among all team members of BBBS to increase collaboration and reduce inefficiencies. ? Other program support duties and responsibilities as assigned. Agency Support ? Assist with fundraising/development needs as assigned. ? Assist with general administrative duties as needed, such as answering the telephone, making copies, preparing files, etc. ? Habilitation Aid II (Walsh) Work Summary: Under supervision, assists with activities of daily living. Assists with and documents established services objective logs, leisure and community integrated activities. Possesses skills necessary to work with individuals with aggressive and/or self-abusive behaviors in a responsible care giving style. Will be responsible for maintenance of assigned work area. Will develop menus and catering packages, coordinate meal delivery, manage event schedules and food preparation timelines, set up equipment to serve food and preserve its temperature, shop for ingredients, cook food, supervise temporary personnel, and control costs on all the above. Examples of Duties: - Maintains high sanitation and hygiene expectations which meet or exceed standards and regulations. - Meets with clients to discuss specifications and guest dietary requirements and plan event menus. - Obtains or reviews contracts and adheres to specified terms. - Sources ingredients for planned menus ahead of time. - Prepares and serves food at events. - Trains, schedules, and evaluates temporary, part-time staff in the catering operation. - Sources and transports servers to and from events. - Transports food and equipment to and from events. - Ensures food remains fresh and is served at the correct temperature. - Inspects and assists with event planning and set up. - Assists with any issues that arise during the event and helps with clean up. - Handles managerial aspects of the business, such as contracts and invoices. Minimum Qualifications: - Associates Degree in culinary arts, restaurant management, business administration, or closely related field; and - A minimum of one (1) year experience in catering, food service and supervision; or - Any combination of education and experience totaling three (3) years. - Possession of a valid Montana Driver\'s License. - Certified in Serve Safe Food Handling Practices.
