  • Cashier/Receptionist with excellent customer service skills needed to work with  customers both in person and on the phone for busy dealership. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Answer and direct incoming calls on a multi-line switchboard with professional demeanor Provide basic information to customers who have general inquiries Prepare sales and service gas tickets for the accounting department Collate and file invoices using various methods Make out-going phone calls to notify customers of Motor Vehicle work arrival Calculate the customer’s bill and collect payments using the dealership’s computer system Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise   REQUIREMENTS: Superior verbal communication skills and ability to stay on task with attention to detail. Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment Exceptional Organizational Skills Dealership and/or recent retail receptionist experience Professional personal appearance and presentation Outgoing and positive demeanor   Shifts available include: ( Full time available upon request )            10:00AM-7:00PM, 4:00PM-8:00PM,  Week day shifts            8:30AM-5:00PM Saturdays           Closed on Sundays  Scheduling done on a monthly basis Customer service, cashier, Buick, GMC, General Motors, Hyundai, Car, Dealership, Auto
