  • Job Summary: YogaSix of Monmouth, a boutique yoga fitness studio located in Shrewsbury, New Jersey, is seeking a Part-Time Social Media Manager to join our team. This individual contributor role will manage our social media presence and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our brand and attract new customers. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and has a strong passion for social media and the wellness industry. Compensation & Benefits: This is a part-time, hourly marketing job with a pay range of $16 to $30 per hour, paid biweekly. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and leads. - Create high-quality and engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok. - Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in social media platforms and adjust strategies accordingly. - Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals. - Plan and execute social media campaigns and email newsletters to promote events, classes, and special offers. - Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports to track progress and make recommendations for improvement. - Engage with influencers and brand advocates to expand our reach and build relationships. - Stay current on industry news, trends, and competitors\' social media activities. Requirements: - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in social media management. - Experience using social media management and analytics tools like DigitalStack, Meta Business Suite, Yext, and Canva. - Strong understanding of various social media platforms and best practices. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. - Self-motivated and able to work independently. - Passion for fitness and wellness is a plus.   • POSITION: The Membership Manager will oversee all Studio sales and assist with studio operations. REQUIREMENTS: 2+ years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience preferred Confident in generating personal sales and supervising Sales Reps Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams including memberships and retail Previous management or supervisory experience preferred Must have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person and over the phone Must be solution-based and results-oriented, competitive spirit Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment An affinity and passion for fitness Solid writing and grammar skills Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines Professional, punctual, reliable and neat, and organized Strong attention to detail and accuracy Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients, and the general public Proficiency with computers and Studio software College Degree Preferred This is a full-time position. The candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule with nights and weekend availability.
