Works under broad supervision to assist in directing the development, implementation, supervision and ongoing evaluation of the activities program. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Recreation Therapy, or equivalent experience as required by the NCTRC Board to achieve certification or B.S. in Art, Music or related therapy discipline. Seasonal Horticultural Therapy Program Instructor This position will help to provide instruction of horticulturally themed activities during Adventures camps and other summer programming. The position also entails care of the plants in the greenhouse and gardens over the summer. In addition to horticultural knowledge, candidates should possess good communication skills, creativity, be team oriented and an ability to work with groups with a variety of needs.
