As the Senior Project Coordinator within the Supplier Management & Procurement (SMP) team in School Assessment, you will be responsible for working with independent contractors, bringing on new contractors, maintaining updates in the contractor database, ensuring that contractors are paid accurately and on time, and resolving any issues that come up. You will also create requisitions for purchase orders of services for internal customers, as needed, thus you must be able to communicate across all levels of the organization. As the Senior Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for sending documents with confidential information for electronic signature. At times, you will create presentations to deliver to internal stakeholders on the SMP and contractor procurement process.

The Resource Development Bureau (RDB) administers several grants and loan programs and assists conservation districts for the administration of water reservations. The Renewable Resource Grant and Loan Program administered by the Bureau typically exceed $340 million in bond authority and $6 million in grants each biennium. Job Overview: The position of the Renewable Resource Engineer contributes to the fulfillment of the Montana Department of Natural Resources and Conservation (DNRC) mission to help ensure that Montana\'s land and water resources provide benefits for present and future generations. Specifically, this position performs engineering services for the Renewable Resource Grant and Loan (RRGL) program regarding technical feasibility of proposed projects including determinations that projects are planned, designed, financed and constructed in accordance with statutory and regulatory requirements and sound engineering and construction principles. The position reports to the RRGL Program Manager. DNRC\'s Renewable Resource Grant and Loan (RRGL) Program funds projects intended to conserve, manage, develop and preserve Montana\'s renewable resources through grant and loan programs. This position’s primary responsibility is to perform quality echocardiograms, while assisting as necessary with EKG’s, applying Holter monitors, preparing and assisting with Exercise Stress Tests, Pharmacologic Stress Testing, and other diagnostic tests as necessary. This position communicates continuously with physician about patient condition. This position operates all equipment safely and correctly. This position assists coworkers in maintenance of necessary PAR levels. This position works with the department director in orientation of new employees, provides input for employee evaluations, and collaborates in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to the department. This position participates in performance improvement and continuous quality improvement (CQI) activities and assists with maintaining necessary quality reports. This position understands and adheres to safety policies and procedures when working in radiation-controlled areas. This position communicates respectfully and effectively with clinic and hospital staff.
