The Administrative Coordinator performs a combination of complex office administration, secretarial, bookkeeping, and public relations assignments. These functions will include payroll, records management, auditing of billing, ordering and maintaining supplies, and general support functions. Minimum Qualifications: - Associates Degree in Administrative Assistant, office management, or secretarial science; and - Minimum of one (1) years\' occupational experience with high level administrative office support functions including bookkeeping, composing a variety of business documents, gathering and compiling data, and balancing and coordinating a workload for multiple projects; or; - Any equivalent combination of education and experience totaling three (3) years. Will develop menus and catering packages, coordinate meal delivery, manage event schedules and food preparation timelines, set up equipment to serve food and preserve its temperature, shop for ingredients, cook food, supervise temporary personnel, and control costs on all the above.
