Manager Trainee
As directed by supervisory personnel or from verbal or written instructions including, blueprints, routing sheets, work instructions and any other production forms required by management, performs a variety of duties which include but are not limited to the following: sets up and operates oval link forming, welding, and calibrating machines (one former, welder, and calibrator per set) regularly producing heat treated and or non-heat treated chain and other machines as required; makes necessary adjustments and repairs; makes frequent checks on chain being formed and welded to insure high quality and adherence to specifications; records necessary information on production forms; uses hand an power tools and measuring instruments in performance of the job.
This position is not remote. This position provides effective customer service for all Peerless Industrial Group customers, along with internal team members, by utilizing in-depth knowledge of company products & programs. Provide verbal and written support of customers needs and requirements while also working closely with appropriate outside sales management team for further development.

Personal Trainer: Part Time Split Shift MWF: 6A-8A Mon-Thur 4P-7P SUMMARY: The role of the Personal Trainer is to lead our clients through Small Group workouts and team training sessions. The Personal Trainer needs to be a highly motivated individual, have strong leadership skills, and be an effective health coach. The Personal Trainer is also very motivated with their education and is always furthering their knowledge in the fitness industry. This position calls for an individual with a contagious and positive personality, who views customer service above everything else. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Client Management- Lead Small Group Sessions (up to 4 clients/session) Lead Team Training (Group) Sessions Build Workouts for Clients Provide Services through Virtual Coaching Customer Satisfaction- Maintain strong relationships with clients Brand Ambassador- Exemplify what it means to be an Anytime Fitness team member by working every day to better yourself and those around you. Personal Development- Work toward fulfilling quarterly CEU requirements through educational development programs.
